From this directory, hips that we have compiled for clients can be viewed,
and components retrieved, by property sellers, estate agents marketing the property,
and prospective buyers and their conveyancer.
To access a particular hip you will need to know and enter the post code of the property you
are searching for, plus a unique password which we will supply separately to those parties
entitled to view. (If a property has yet to be given a confirmed post code, such as a new
development plot, we will provide an alternative code to access the hip for such a plot.)
